should we drink fizzy drink ?

Should we Drink Fizzy Drink ?
I do not think we should have fizzy drinks because they are not healthy for your body.
There is too much sugar or caffeine in all of the fizzy drinks. A caffeine compound which is found especially in tea and coffee plants and is a stimulant of the central nervous system. There is a half of cup of caffeine in a fizzy drinks.

Another reason is that fizzy drinks will make you put on weight. They have so much sugar in them. Even a little can of coke has over 9 teaspoons of sugar in it. We know that people in NZ are becoming more and more overweight and too much sugar is making this worse.
Lastly, drinking fizzy drinks can make your teeth wear away. A drink of coke wears your teeth away ten times faster than a drink of fruit juice. Did you know that 4 cans of cola a day will increase tooth decay by 252%!
So - you can see why I think fizzy drinks are bad for you.
